CrowdRig Desktop

Your console, the bridge and OBS setup in one window.

A small app for the streaming PC: the console in its own window, one-click OBS browser source, and the music bridge built in — Spotify or YouTube Music Premium play requests instead of the overlay. About 5 MB, no installer, no account data stored beyond your console link.

Windows

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Unzip, run CrowdRig.exe.

macOS 12 or later, Apple silicon and Intel. Unzip, drag to Applications.

x64, needs WebKitGTK (most desktops have it).

chmod +x CrowdRig then run it.

What it does

  • Opens your console signed in (paste a console link once).
  • Adds the overlay to OBS as a browser source with one click (OBS 28+, WebSocket on).
  • Plays requests through Spotify or YouTube Music Premium and reads Twitch chat — the bridge, without Node or a terminal.
  • Sits in the tray; starts with Windows or macOS if you want.

Not needed for

The overlay, the room page, points, effects and polls all work with nothing installed — a browser source in OBS is enough. The app is for hosts who want the bridge or a tidier setup. The Chrome extension is what counts viewers on Whatnot; it is separate.
